“Supporting a loved one after loss: just do something”

[0:00 - 0:46] Marisa: When my husband and I lost much wanted pregnancy in 2019, I'll never forget a friend sent a box of gourmet cheese and snacks from our favorite cheese store in new york city. And it was the kind of gift that, more than anything else. It made me feel seen. You know the fact that she remembered that well, love this place and all of the cheese and crackers and snacks that we've shared over the years and decided to send love in the form of food when I needed it most was just something I will never stop being grateful for. So if someone you know someone you care about, someone you work with is struggling with the holidays because of one form of hardship or another, do something for them.
