Option B is dedicated to helping you build resilience in the face of adversity. Research shows that people with shared experiences can provide the most compassionate support. So when you’re experiencing loss or hardship, connecting with people who have been there can help.
Join an Option B support group to find a community of people who understand what you’re going through. They’re closed Facebook groups—only members can see posts—and are available 24/7. Learn more or join a group directly from this page.
